The service
Rides by Chris (rides.loggins.cc) lets friends and known contacts of Christopher Loggins request personal rides from Chris. Accounts are approved by the operator before you can request rides.
SMS terms
By checking the consent box next to your mobile number at signup, you agree to receive SMS messages from Rides by Chris about your rides, including ride confirmations, pickup time estimates, driver arrival notices, and messages from Chris about an active ride.
- Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
- Message frequency varies with your ride activity.
- Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to sign up with a mobile number.
Payments
Ride prices are shown before you confirm a request. Payments are settled directly between you and the driver through Cash App, Apple Cash, or cash. Rides by Chris does not process or store payment credentials.
Accounts and conduct
Keep your sign-in codes to yourself. The operator may decline or remove any account at their discretion, since the service is personal.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is, personally operated, without warranties of any kind. Rides are provided by Chris at his discretion; a confirmed request is a personal arrangement between rider and driver.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always on this page.
